Booked your session? What to expect.

If you haven’t already, book a complimentary no obligation chat for us to meet and talk about what to expect. I’d be happy to understand what is important to you, the change you want to make and what you want from your sessions.

Sessions are via Zoom video calls in the privacy and comfort of your own home. This eliminates unnecessary travel hassles and enables you to fit them in and around your commitments.  If you want me to work on your children or pets, then this can be done easy offline. If you can’t find a convenient space on my calendar, please contact me and we can make alternative arrangements.

Before your session

Find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session, sit, or lie so I can see your face. It is important that you are on your own, so I’m not picking up other energy, not your furry friend’s 🙂

There is no need for you to prepare anything or take notes, unless of course you want to. I will email you after the session with the details of what was cleared. As we are releasing energetic frequencies that are no longer serving you, it’s important not to ruminate on what been cleared.

During your session

I will tune into your body’s energy, identify, and release the energetic blocks that are contributing to the issue you would like me to work on. I may ask you to take a deep breath from time to time or ask you to confirm something but otherwise there is not much for you to do other than relax.

What I love about this work is that the energetic imbalances will be released without you reliving any past emotional distress or sometimes even remembering personal experiences. This is a gentle holistic process which can make you feel lighter and calmer afterwards. You may or may not experience this shift in the session. Rest assured all that we have released is gone.

After your session

Like most holistic work, you may experience a processing period (about 1 in 5 people do), that usually lasts between a few hours and a few days. This can include feeling emotionally up or down, tiredness and/or vivid dreams. If this happens, please rest assured that this is completely normal. Your body is processing the negative emotions and rebalancing for life without them. Always drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest and be kind to yourself. If you are in any way concerned, please message me and I will help. You will need a week between sessions for your body to process and rebalance.
